Long time LLoyd employee, Susan King, CSP has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. This new role is a strategic move leading to LLoyds “Vivid Vision” for the future of LLoyd as the company approaches its 50 year in business in 2021. As SVP of Operations, Susan will touch and interface with clients, candidate talent, contract associates and internal staff members. It’s a position that combines the very best of Susan’s extensive background in sales, technology, finance and marketing. She will ensure LLoyd is executing on our core values and that employees are embracing LLoyd’s Quality Approach to Talent – a trademarked program to assure right skill fit/right company DNA for candidate and contractors.
Susan is an employment industry veteran – during her tenure with LLoyd (23 years) she has held roles in Experience and Engagement, Accounting Services, Project Management, Marketing and Recruitment and Retention. Her prior experience includes local and national staffing firms and a stint as an Onsite Manager for a Master Staffing Program for a Fortune 500 company. She is a Certified Staffing Professional as designated by the American Staffing Association and studied Business Administration and Management at Long Island University.
