Medical Coverage
LLoyd offers comprehensive medical coverage, and you may choose the plan that best suits your needs. Each plan offers a co-payment for doctor visits and a prescription drug plan. You may cover yourself, spouse and dependents. Initial eligibility requirements are the acceptance of a LLoyd assignment.
Dental
Dental coverage is offered, and plans cover preventive care at 100% and basic fillings. The plan includes variable rates depending on the level of coverage and whether the provider is in or out of network.
Vision
Vision coverage gives its members access to certified optometrists and ophthalmologists to perform comprehensive eye exams and an opportunity to purchase glasses or contact lenses in office. The plan provides lowest out-of-pocket costs for participating vision care providers and allows you to maintain your vision health, overall health, and find healthcare at an affordable cost.
Voluntary Life and AD&D
Voluntary life insurance typically differs from basic life insurance from availability, eligibility requirements, and functionality. Lloyd’s program through Vensure, offers a voluntary life insurance benefit which provides financial assistance for your beneficiaries to cover funeral costs and ongoing financial obligations. Prepare for the unexpected and ensure your loved ones are taken care of should a worst-case scenario occur.
Voluntary Cancer Plan
While it’s difficult to be emotionally prepared for the ups and downs experienced during a cancer diagnosis, you can be financially prepared for the costs of treatment. Cancer insurance provides you with funds that can be used flexibly, including to help cover both medical and nonmedical expenses that occur during your journey to recovery. These funds can be used to pay for household expenses that may be more difficult to manage while you’re sick.
Health Equity Account (HAS) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
HealthEquity is a non-bank HSA custodian that lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. By using untaxed dollars in a Health Savings Account to pay for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and some other expenses, you may be able to lower your overall health care costs.
Flexible Spending Account is an arrangement through your employer that lets you pay for many out-of-pocket medical expenses with tax-free dollars. HealthEquity’s FSA options include a dependent care option (DCFSA). DCFSAs function similarly to traditional FSAs and cover eligible dependent care expenses, such as:
› Daycare, nursery school, and preschool
› Summer day camp
› Before or after school programs
› Elder daycare
› Virtual day camps and childcare
Supplemental Benefits Through Aflac
Lloyd also offers our Associate supplemental insurance to help pay out-of-pocket expenses that may not be covered by your regular medical insurance.
