The LLoydEmployed refers to our community of contract associates who represent us each day in the workforce as LLoyd associates. They are our employees, and more than 1,000 have worked with us for two years or more. We attribute this metric to the importance we place on providing a strong employee benefits program, convenient procedures and easy access to LLoyd leadership.
Our newly designed LLoydEmployed Project embraces innovative engagement marketing utilizing texting, community collaboration, and automation to enhance our talent and contract talent-touch systems from the moment they connect with LLoyd through the end of an assignment.
