As a seasoned sales leader with experience across multiple verticals—from healthcare and IT to retail, life sciences, and logistics—her approach is as adaptable as it is strategic. But for Jaime, the work has always been about more than numbers.

Jaime has never shied away from competition—her drive was evident even as a kid in New Jersey. By five, she was running track. At eleven, she’d earned a black belt in two forms of karate. And at fourteen, she was the state’s all-around karate champion, with an invitation to the Junior Olympics under her belt. That early spark of discipline and determination never dimmed; instead, it evolved into a passionate pursuit of excellence in the world of business development and staffing.
Her career in the staffing industry has been shaped by wins—leading high-performing teams, securing President’s Club honors, and forging strategic client partnerships—but what stands out most is her unwavering commitment to people. “I’ve always believed in the power of relationships. Whether it’s a candidate, client, or teammate, trust is the currency that drives real results.”

She’s a runner, a Pilates regular, and a frequent beachgoer. The ocean is her sanctuary—where she recharges, reflects, and regroups.
“I need to be near the water,” she says. “That’s where I find clarity.”
