SBMA Benefits
LLoyd also offers essential medical coverage, and you may choose the plan that best suits your needs. Each plan offers a co-payment for doctor visits and a prescription drug plan. You may cover yourself, spouse and dependents. Initial, eligibility requirements are the acceptance of a Lloyd assignment. You are not automatically enrolled in these plans — action is required by you. You are eligible to participate on the first month following sixty (60) days from Hire Date. To maintain coverage you must work on contract assignments on a full time basis. You must have received your first Lloyd paycheck to participate in this coverage.
