Live Life Healthy

This is a preventative health care management program with no out-of-pocket cost!

SBMA Benefits

LLoyd also offers essential medical coverage, and you may choose the plan that best suits your needs. Each plan offers a co-payment for doctor visits and a prescription drug plan. You may cover yourself, spouse and dependents. Initial, eligibility requirements are the acceptance of a Lloyd assignment. You are not automatically enrolled in these plans — action is required by you. You are eligible to participate on the first month following sixty (60) days from Hire Date. To maintain coverage you must work on contract assignments on a full time basis. You must have received your first Lloyd paycheck to participate in this coverage.

There are 3 components to SBMA plans:

  • Medical/Prescription
  • Dental
  • Vision

401K Program

LLoyd Staffing helps you invest in your future! After you have worked 1,000 
hours in a continuous 12-month period, you are eligible to participate in our 
401K Program. You can elect to contribute 2% to 20% of your total income while 
working for Lloyd Staffing. Build up your retirement account with these savings! 
Each contribution saves you federal, state, and local taxes.

Time Off/Bonus Policies

Holiday Bonus

LLoyd rewards our associates who work during a week with a holiday. These holidays are:

New Year’s Day
Labor Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving
Independence Day
Christmas

These holidays can generate a bonus for you, providing you have worked 1250 hours during the 12 months preceding the holiday, plus the business days before and after the holiday. You will be paid a $100 bonus if you meet these requirements, and this holiday bonus will be generated automatically – you do not have to make a request or complete any paperwork.

*Please note this program may not be in effect at every LLoyd location. Please check with your Staffing Specialist to see if your office participates.*

Sick Leave Ordinances

Paid Sick Leave

If you find you are ill and are unable to report to your assignment, please call AND email your recruiter AND send a copy to Care@LloydStaffing.com as early as possible (at least one hour prior to your start time) so that we can take the proper action. We will inform the client of your pending absence, but you must first inform Lloyd!

Some regions have implemented Paid Sick Leave in cities or states. LLoyd provides Paid Sick Days in all jurisdictions where Sick Leave laws are in effect. Laws vary by jurisdiction.
