Leadership
Visionaries And Agents Of Change
Our company was built by an entrepreneur who was ahead of his time – a visionary and agent of change for elevating and educating staffing professionals through national certification. Decades later, new systems to qualify and precisely match talent with opportunity were created by second-generation recruitment professionals who put their hiring ideas into practice through a three-part process defined as The Q – Quality of Job, Quality of Interview, Quality of Presentation.
