During our five decades of business, we have made the promotion of a culture that encourages learning, growth and social responsibility one of our core values. In 2008, LLoyd received the first award ever created for the staffing industry by the American Staffing Association recognizing good corporate citizenship. We make “giving back” a priorty and staff members are free to introduce new causes for consideration, and the company continuously identifies new initiatives to undertake as an organization.

In 2017, LLoyd launched our Placements with a Purpose (PWP program, partnering with JDRF to help find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. PWP makes a donation to JDRF every time a client hires a LLoyd candidate and every time a temporary associate or consultant is field assigned to a client company.
