Two long established, privately owned Long Island recruitment firms have joined together to form a new partnership. Effective June 1st, 2019, A.P.R Executive Search Inc. of Oyster Bay, NY will function as a division of LLoyd Staffing, operating out of LLoyd’s current Melville headquarters.
The merge of these two decades old firms with similar history and generational leadership, will establish a united regional presence for a strong Executive Search resource offering both retained and contingency search engagements specializing in senior leadership and c-suite talent.
A.P.R., founded in 1984 by its’ President Stanley Berkowitz, specializes in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Consumer Goods industries with a focus on positions in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Product Development, QA/QC, Insurance, Finance and Real Estate. The firm’s leadership team consisting of Stan and sons, Doug and Andrew Berkowitz, will continue to handle search engagements and will add LLoyd’s suite of services including interim executives and consultants, as well introducing LLoyd’s vendor management platform, Ringo, to help organizations effectively manage their contingent labor process.
