Jeanine Bondi Banks, CSP, EVP Joins Go Pink Committee of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation

The Go Pink movement has captured the attention of many across the U.S. and in Boca Raton, Florida they are already gearing up for the next Go Pink Luncheon, an annual event launched by the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation.  It will take place on Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club and past years featured nationally known guest speakers such as news anchor Amy Robach and comedian Martin Short.

The Boca community is home to the beautiful and respected Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute/Schmidt Family Center for Breast Cancer Care at Boca Regional Hospital where more than 100,000 procedures are performed each year for the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. Their dedicated professionals have saved the lives of countless men and women.

Jeanine Bondi Banks, CSP, EVP of LLoyd Staffing, South Florida joins the Go Pink Luncheon committee – Jeanine is standing, 10th from right.

LLoyd’s EVP, Jeanine Bondi Banks, CSP was recently invited to join the Boca Ration Regional Hospital Foundation’s Go Pink Committee and had the privilege of attending her first meeting to plan the popular Fall event.  The Kick-Off meeting was held at the Women’s Health & Wellness Institute with speakers Patti Carpenter, Chair, Mark Larkin, President of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, Mindy Shikiar, Chief Operations Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital and Kathy Schilling, MD Medical Director of the Christine E, Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute.  This year will celebrate the 15th year of the Annual Go Pink luncheon, which is always a sold out fundraiser attended by more than 1,500 of the community’s most influential women and men who come together to raise funds and support.  Go Pink is South Florida’s premier breast cancer awareness event; all proceeds directly benefit the Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute and the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute.

LLoyd Staffing has long had a social awareness for breast cancer with many current and former employees who are proud breast cancer survivors.  The company is committed to raising awareness about breast cancer and encourages employees to take charge of their health by providing paid time off for those who participate in appropriate screenings and wellness check ups and Jeanine has been a staunch advocate in establishing LLoyd’s “Pink LLoyd” initiatives.  While the Go Pink Luncheon is still five months away, we salute our colleague Jeanine Bondi Banks for her continued involvement in breast cancer fundraising and awareness.  We wish the Go Pink committee great success with the 2018 event!

If you are interested in attending the Go Pink Luncheon, or would like to sponsor the event, please get in touch with Jeanine via email or by phone at 954.916.5044.
