Giving back is central to Lloyd’s corporate objectives.
As a company, we believe it is important to incorporate our values and ethics into how we run our business and how we impact the communities where we live and work.
To this end, we encourage our employees to professionally and personally participate in causes that contribute to the well-being of individuals, families, communities and societies.

Community Outreach
Lloyd makes a difference on a local, regional and national basis. Our current and past efforts have targeted the

We are proud to have a family of employees who use their time, talent and money to the benefit of others.
Some examples of our recent activities include:

	Hosted a Premiere Event of the movie, “Underdog,” attended by members of the Big Brothers & Big Sisters organization.
	Two annual food drives to benefit community food banks.
	Winter coat drive of new or gently used coats for the homeless and those living in shelters.
	“Go Red Day” in conjunction with the American Heart Association. Hosted an informative luncheon to promote heart health for women.
	Holiday Toy donations for John Theissen Children’s Foundation.
	Annual “Daffodil Days” campaign for the American Cancer Society.
	Cash donations to buy Thanksgiving turkeys for the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
	Contribution to “Mother Earth Concert” to promote green living.
	Bowling event by staff participating in United Way’s ”Strike Against Cancer” charity event.
	Staff members gave up styrofoam cups and now drink beverages in their own Lloyd mugs to benefit the environment.
	Numerous ads, sponsorships and contributions to local and regional fundraisers.
