Lloyd’s search service is equally divided into three installments based on first year’s anticipated compensation for the position calculated at 33 1/3% fee. The initial retainer is due upon contract of the search and the remaining two installments are billed at thirty and sixty days respectively. A company’s investment is fully protected by Lloyd’s liberal two-year replacement guarantee combined with our overall commitment to satisfactorily complete the assignment.
