Franchise Package
Direct Hire (Permanent) and Temporary operations offer Lloyd Staffing franchise owners total synergy and maximum profit opportunities. Although we recommend that your franchise offer both disciplines, you may choose to enter each area one at time, with the ultimate goal of becoming a totally blended staffing service.

Training includes classroom instruction as well as field training; a full set of operations manuals; sales and support tools; seminars and continuing education; and on-going site or helpline support as needed.

Lloyd Staffing is a strong believer in industry expertise through staffing industry certification available from the American Staffing Association. Certification as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) is earned by passing a national exam requiring knowledge of employment law, hiring practices, business ethics and overall operations.

Industry Visibility
The management team at Lloyd takes an active role in the staffing industry. Our owner is a Past President of the New York State Association of Personnel Consultants and a former member of the National Board of Directors. One of our Vice Presidents was named "CTS of the Year" by the National Association of Personnel Services. Other key executives participate as Board Members on staffing related organizations, serve as frequent guest speakers at human resources functions, and are published authors in the career/employment genre. We have fine-tuned and perfected all the key areas of our business for easy management by this unique computer software program.

Capital Requirement
We are currently offering staffing licenses in some very lucrative markets. The franchising fee is $20,000. Depending on your geographic territory, start-up costs and operating capital will range from $93,500 to $158,300.
