Lloyd Staffing in Melville has acquired Guaranteed Staffing Services, a Pembroke Pines, Fla. - based provider of office support and administrative medical personnel.

Lloyd said it has acquired the company's clients, as well as its 3,000 plus temporary employees. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of an expansion plan for Lloyd's Plantation, Fla., health care division, which serves the Broward and Miami-Dade County regions.
