LLOYD STAFFING ACQUIRES GUARANTEED STAFFING SERVICES
OF PEMBROKE PINES, FLORIDA

Melville, NY (June 24, 2003) - Lloyd Staffing, a leading staffing services company, announced today that it has acquired the candidates and clients of Guaranteed Staffing Services, a provider of qualified office support and administrative medical personnel. The acquisition is part of an expansion plan for Lloyd's Plantation, Florida Healthcare Division currently servicing the Broward and Dade County regions.

Lloyd currently serves many area businesses and healthcare facilities, providing an extensive range of office services professionals and healthcare talent.
