LLOYD STAFFING NAMES KEITH BANKS AS NEW PRESIDENT

Melville, NY (January 22, 2004) - Lloyd Staffing, a leading staffing services provider for more than 30 years, today announced that Keith Banks, CTS, has been named company President. He joined the organization in 1990 originally as a Corporate Recruiter and has held various positions during his 14-year tenure, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Temporary Staffing.

In this new role, Keith Banks will be responsible for carrying out the company’s vision, and growth plans with special emphasis on temporary, contractual and alternative staffing solutions particularly in the sectors of Healthcare, Technology and Administration, at both at the regional and national level. He will share his time between the firm’s Long Island headquarters and its’ Manhattan location.

Lloyd’s founder, Merrill Banks, CPC, who established the firm in 1971, will retain the title and role of Chief Executive Officer and will direct activities for corporate-wide initiatives including the continued expansion of Retained and Contingency Direct Hire staffing and strategic growth of the organization’s franchising network.
