Leadership Arlene Carmel – President Arlene Carmel brings with her more than fourteen years of management experience. Since 1999, Ms. Carmel has taken a hands-on approach to serving clients. Her superior staffing and project management expertise make her an integral component to LLoyd’s success with many client projects. Ms. Carmel also works on client programs to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control.

Ms. Carmel was nominated as one of Baltimore’s top 100 women 2003. Alan Carmel – Executive Vice President Mr. Carmel was a former principal for a national accounting firm. He spent more than thirty years in private industry and the private practice of law prior to joining LLoyd Staffing in 1999. As a Professor at the Northern Virginia Law School and Florida Institute of Technology, he taught basic and advanced courses in taxation, business and corporate law, and business ethics. His published articles have been cited by other experts in litigation. He has spoken to numerous accounting, legal insurance and securities organizations. An expert in contract negotiation, conflict resolution and arbitration, he contributes his extensive legal, business, and accounting background to LLoyd Staffing.
Mr. Carmel directs the Office Support as well as the Accounting/Finance divisions. He brings integrity to the divisions he directs. Clients appreciate his honesty and sincere efforts on their behalf to provide them with quality candidates for Direct Hire placement as well as temporary assignments.
Larry Paullin – Senior Account Executive Mr. Paullin brings over 25 years of varied sales, training and customer service management experience to LLoyd Staffing Baltimore, including 15 years in the insurance industry. His insurance experience includes sales and the training of agents in both the Property/Casualty and Life/Health/Disability area. Mr. Paullin has been a small business owner in two separate arenas that include an independent insurance agency, and a grant-writing firm specializing in non-profit organizations. His diverse background includes theater where he managed and consulted on the revamping of two non-profit theatre box office organizations.
Mr. Paullin takes over the account management of LLoyd’s Maryland clients in the insurance, hospitality, and customer service areas.
