Vendor Management Systems/VMS/Timesheet Portals
Some LLoyd clients require that LLoyd Associates on assignment at their organizations utilize a Vendor Management System (VMS) which is a web platform that allows all of their flexible workers to be managed on a single system. This means that the hours you work on their site are submitted through their preferred VMS portal, rather than a LLoyd timesheet. Think of it as an electronic timesheet.
If your LLoyd Talent Specialist indicates you need to submit your weekly hours through a VMS platform, you will utilize the one used by LLoyd’s client company.
Click the appropriate VMS icon, login with the information you were given when you received your assignment and enter your hours.
