Vendor-on-Premise
When Lloyd partners with a client typically in a Primary
Staffing Supplier capacity, we may install a Lloyd Staffing
Specialist on our client's site. This individual (often
referred to as the On-Site Facilitator), serves as an extension
to the client's Human Resources department and represents
Lloyd in all daily staffing operations. She or he has ongoing
interaction with temporary staffing associates and the client's
personnel.
Highlights of the VOP Program include:
- Central on-site source for temporary job orders and
fulfillment (including use of subcontractors if necessary).
- Attendance record keeping, timesheet collection and
authorization, overtime monitoring and paycheck distribution.
- Preparation of computerized management tracking reports
for client's customized staffing assessments.
- Immediate accountability and big picture overview of
client's staffing patterns.
- Administration and issue of quarterly or annual rebate
for volume temporary staffing usage.
Professional
Recruiter or eCruiter On-Site
Lloyd places a Professional Recruiter or eCruiter On-Site
to support a client's hiring needs for a specific project
or time frame. This individual may have specific background
in your discipline or industry. He or she is our employee
and is paid by Lloyd Staffing. As the client, you are invoiced
only for the hours of actual recruitment.
The Lloyd On-site Recruiter will coordinate all staffing
service referrals, review resumes, take calls and arrange
appointments. She/he will interview and refer only
those candidates interested in and appropriate to the position.
In addition, the Recruiter handles reference and background
checking and submits weekly status reports. The eCruiter's
duties vary slightly in that it is his or her responsibility
to mine the internet for resumes, check responses to contracted
internet candidate sites and assess all incoming online
resumes.
When you utilize Lloyd Staffing's Professional Recruiters
On-Site your hiring costs are ultimately reduced, your
staff has more time for their core functions and you see
the kind of candidates you want, when you want them. Best
of all, when the candidate(s) is hired, the On-Site Recruiter
returns to our office without any further obligation on
your part.
Volume Rebate
The greater a client's use of Lloyd's temporary staffing
services, the more a client can earn back in a volume rebate
check - turning Human Resources from an expense center into
a profit center!
A Volume Rebate Program is put in place when a client utilizes
high volume staffing… typically more than $100,000 in annual
spending. It is set up as a tiered structure in which a
company earns back a percentage of its spending, based on
what level of usage is attained. This rebate may be issued
quarterly or annually and can be distributed in several
different ways depending on what best benefits the client.
