DIRECTIONS
Melville
From the West on the LIE
East to Exit 49S. Take Service Road to 2nd traffic light.
Make right onto Route 110 (Broadhollow Road). Get into the
left lane. Make left at light onto Melville Park Road. Make
first right into parking lot.
From the East on the LIE
West to Exit 49S. When you exit you will be heading south
on Route 110 (Broadhollow Road). Get into the left lane. Make a
left at the 2nd light onto Melville Park Road. Make first right into
parking lot.
Northern State Parkway
Exit 40S. When you exit you will be heading south on
Route 110 (Broadhollow Road). Go past the LIE, at next light
make a left onto Melville Park Road. Make first right into
parking lot.
Southern State Parkway
To Route 110 North Exit. Continue north approximately
4 or 5 miles past Adventureland and SUNY Farmingdale. Pass
the Huntington Quadrangle. Our office is one block past the
Quadrangle; black glass building . . . number 445 is on the
lawn. Make a right onto Melville Park Road and then a right
into our parking lot.

From the East on the LIE
Take Exit 33. Make right onto Community Drive. Head north
to Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn left and head west.
Building is on the left. Park to the left in Visitor Parking.
From the West on the LIE
Take Exit 33. Make left at 1st light, which is Lakeville Road.
Take Lakeville Road to Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Make
a right, heading east on Northern. Building is on the right.
Park to the left in Visitor Parking.
Northern State Parkway
Take Exit 25, Lakeville Road. Go north to Northern Boulevard
(Route 25A). Turn right, head east. Building is on the right.
Park to the left in Visitor Parking.

From East on Sunrise Highway
Exit 51A to 454 (Vets Hwy). Go approximately 2 miles, make
U-turn on Vets. proceed to #4250, the Periphonics Building.
From West on Sunrise Highway
Exit 49 to 454 (Vets Hwy.) On Vets, make right at first building
after gas station, #4250 is immediately on the right, the
Periphonics Building.
From LIE
Exit 57 to 454 (Vets Highway). Proceed approximately
5 miles east on 454/Vets. After crossing Johnson Ave., #4250
is first building on right, the Periphonics Building.

Street. Walk a ½ block east. N-R trains to 42nd Street Times
Square. Exit at 40th Street. Walk 1-½ block east. A- trains
1, 2, 9 to 42nd Street & 8th Avenue. Exit at 40th Street.
Walk 2-½ blocks east.
4, 5, 6, 7 trains to Grand Central
Exit at 42nd Street. Walk to 6th Avenue and 2 blocks south
to 40th Street or take Times Square shuttle to 42nd Street.
Exit at 40th Street and walk a 1/2 block east.
