Banks, CPC
CEO |
|
| A team must have a leader and in Merrill
Banks we find all of the qualities and experience that
define the concept of leadership. Banks founded the
company in 1971 and continues to be its Chief Operating
Officer. In addition to its Long Island offices, Bank's
direction of the firm's expansion over the last 30 years
has resulted in additional locations throughout the
eastern seaboard with additional locations planned for
key US cities.
One key element in Bank's leadership role and management
plan is his activity as an advocate of professional
development within the staffing industry. In this regard
he has served as President of both the Long Island and
New York State Associations of Personnel Consultants,
chaired the Ethics, Law, and Certifications committees
of the State Association, and received the Industry
Service Award, the organization's highest honor. Bank's
activities in professional development on an industry
level are combined with an emphasis on individual growth
and education. |

Jason Banks, CPC
Vice President, National Franchise Operations |
|
| Jason Banks, CPC, joined Lloyd Staffing
in 1998 after a five year career in advertising sales
at CNN, a division of Turner Broadcasting (NY). His
experience at CNN put him at the forefront of the eMedia
movement and led to the creation and launch of Spider
Staffing, the internet placement division of Lloyd.
Banks' leadership skills and successful search experience
provided a natural segueway into other niche specialties
such as Information Technology, Life Sciences and Sales.
Part of his career at Lloyd included a stint as the
On-site Facilitator at Morgan Stanley (NY) where he
directed all activities related to outside staffing
vendors and their usage. This offered him access to
a corporate HR perspective, as well as exposure to a
wide range of staffing industry peers and competitors.
Banks has a strong background in temporary operations,
contractual engagements and both contingency and retained
search. This experience is advantageous to franchise
owners in the development of their business activities
and overall growth strategies for building the Lloyd
brand in specific markets. |
