our candidate placements and we also hold focus groups for
our temporary employees to ensure that we are meeting the

Candidate for Full-Time Positions
Candidates seeking career placement are invited to submit
a resume and to make themselves available for a personal interview.
Interviews are generally done via three methods:
- in-person (when geographically convenient)
- by telephone
- using video conferencing (depending on Lloyd location)
Please think about your career objectives and what is important
to you in your employment situation.advancement, earnings,
corporate culture, employee benefits, day-to-day responsibilities
or whatever else matters most. Lloyd has a greater chance
of successfully assisting you with new employment if you have
personally assessed those factors which will impact your on-the-job
satisfaction.
Candidates preparing for their initial interview will be
apprised of the organization's, corporate culture and their
expectations for the new hire's performance and overall productivity.
We work closely with both the candidate and the employer in
all phases of the hiring process.from first meeting to the
successful extension of a job offer and acceptance.
Placements are done nationally, without restriction to job
location. Employers may choose to work with Lloyd on a contingency
fee arrangement or using one of our retained fee agreements.
Fees are paid by the hiring company; there is never a charge
to the candidate.

As a Lloyd Staffing Temporary Associate, you are our employee,
not the employee of the organization to which you
are assigned. As our employee, we will pay you an hourly
wage in a weekly paycheck and you will stay in close communication
with your Lloyd Representative so that you can stay as busy
as you want to be.
In order to begin your employment with Lloyd, we recommend
you visit the nearest Lloyd location.
Of course, you may also submit
your resume online to begin the process and schedule
an interview. When you meet with your Lloyd Representative,
please bring personal identification, such as a social security
card, driver's license or passport for I-9 verification.
Please be prepared to have your skills evaluated and to
complete additional paperwork. Most Lloyd offices can easily
accommodate early morning, lunch hour or after work interviews
if you are currently employed.
