Lloyd Staffing goes far beyond what most staffing companies

industry advocates for professional certification and we mandate
that our professional search teams become nationally certified
within their specialty areas. Lloyd Staffing is managed and
staffed by Certified Temporary Staffing Specialists
(CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC) who
have earned their credentials from the National Association
of Personnel Services.
To receive certification, individuals must undergo rigorous
training and testing in all areas of Federal and State employment
law, discrimination in the workplace and equal employment
opportunity. To corporate America, certification represents
the highest level of quality service and staffing professionalism.
This is a benchmark process by which all staffing practitioners
can be measured. The end result is that clients are assured
their firms will be served competently and ethically by Staffing
Specialists who have an understanding of the rules and regulations
that govern the workforce.
