Depending on client need and volume, off-hour calls are forwarded to an On-Call Coordinator and he/she is available via a paging service. For specific clients, we have put in place dedicated phone and fax lines exclusively for their use. This provides immediate access to our staff, regardless of the time of day or night.

Credentialing/References
The process of verifying a nurse or paraprofessional's credentials is handled by a Lloyd Healthcare Compliance Coordinator. Working together with a Recruiter, a Compliance Coordinator verifies credentialing documentation via the telephone and by mail and the Internet. Colleges, universities, and training programs are contacted to confirm degree and/or graduation certificate. The candidate's license is verified by the credentialing body, typically the State Board of Education or the State Board of Nursing. All confirmation is backed up by written paperwork, which is placed in the nurse or paraprofessional's file. A Lloyd Profile is maintained for each employee; it documents clinical proficiency and satisfies all requirements established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Continuing Education
We also offer continuing education training to healthcare professionals to help maintain their certification and increase their work skills. A sampling of recent courses offered includes Advanced Life Support, EKG Interpretation and IV Certification.
